My service mainly includes activities in the field of aquatic ecology, conservation genetics (e.g. environmental DNA analysis, eDNA), environmental research and biostatistics:

• Consulting and expert work in nature conservation with a focus on freshwater ecology

• Conservation genetics (species detection, species identification, eDNA, genotyping, metabarcoding, eDNA metabarcoding)

• Faunistic surveys (e.g. fish population surveys)

• Habitat mapping and assessment with a focus on aquatic ecosystems

• Biostatistics, eg statistical evaluation of data from monitoring projects

• Salvage of aquatic organisms (particularly mussels and fish)

In cooperation with other freelancer (biologists and ecologists) as well as highly specialized cooperation laboratories, all sub-areas of nature conservation projects can be offered (for example: sampling, genetic and morphological analyses, habitat mapping (aquatic and terrestrial) and complex multivariate statistics).
